Sideways Dictionary is an online tool that explains technology using analogies. I worked with Jigsaw, a division of Alphabet, to develop the concept and name for the dictionary, and populate it with 300 entries for the launch. Developed in partnership with the Washington Post, the dictionary was embedded as a tool explaining terms within its news coverage. The site is currently unavailable, but hopefully to return one day.
